Can I fill pot with more coco?

My plants have got a little leggy due to the light being a little far away at the start. Now that I have watered fully and started watering with 10/15% run off everytime the coco seems to have compacted a little bit more. Am I ok to fill the pot up with some more coco and in turn cover some of the leggy stem in more medium? I’m 2 weeks from sprout today

Go for it. I always top off my pots as needed.
