absolutely, just make sure the color temperature is 6500k for vegetation and switch to 2700k for flowering, also make sure you keep the lights as close as possible to the plant, a good rule of thumb is 10000 lumens minimum per plant or 6 26w cfls per plant, with plenty of reflection in your grow space. what size is your grow space?

Sure you can, keep the plants short, like a foot tall at finish. I use 2 26 watt 2700k bulbs in a y connector, in a reflector clamp per plant. Start to finish with same bulbs.
