can i cut down this small mother and start cuttings on 12/12??

Can i cut my 2main branches and put them under 12/12
The last photo shows wat im trying to grow for space issues

I suppose you could but why don't you just super-crop them so they're out of the way? You can make a clone take root under 12/12 but I hear it takes wicked long - it takes 2-3 weeks to root under 24/0 so why you'd want to root a clone under 12/12 is beyond me. I wouldn't do it :)
 
Ok so if want to keep her small
i should supercrop??
and would it be ok if i leave her
in the 1gal pot without any issues
i dont want to translpant bcuz shes be too big for me
wat should i do
im not gonna clone her
i just need to maintain her size fir a few more months
 
What strain is this and how long has it been growing so far? IF it's an auto, don't transplant it either at this point because it will be stressed for no reason since it won't fill the new pot before flowering anyway. If its not an auto, you should prob up it to at least a 3 gal but if you can, t yes, one gallon is OK. Not ideal but ok. You'll prob be looking under an ounce closer to half. Could be way off though at this point.
Also, just get some easily pliable wire thats not too too thin so it doesnt cut into the stems, and use it to bend the plant how you want so all the tops are at an even height.
 
Its a bag seed i dont know the strain
it doeant really matter how mucj i get at this point its my first gro
im learning as i go
so im gonna keep her in that pit so she doesnt get any bigger
i just figure feedin her more often

the stem is thik but still bendable
 
Well if its bagseed chances are its not an auto. SO you have time. You can do basically whatever you want in terms of training it if that's the case, so long as you leave it alone during flowering for the most art.

I wouldn't touch the roots of a plant. As long as you don't stress the plant you should be fine. Honestly, if it's bagseed it isn't even feminized, so there's 50% chance you're wasting your time. Basically, if you take 100 clones there's a 50% chance you'll have 100 male plants which would blow donkey dong. I like your idea to just finish this one plant, I'd buy either feminized seeds next time or grow more than one plant.
 
Actually, if it's bagseed there is a chance it was created by a male pollen sac formed ona female plant and left unattended which would make the seed guaranteed female in that case.AND NO. it wouldnt make it a hermie plant either...

Best bet is to take a couple clones of it, then flower this plant by putting it in a room/tent with 12/12 lighting and NO light leaks during the dark 12hrs, and if its a female then keep cloning and flowering your clones if it is good bud. if not, toss them all if you can get better genetics.

You might want to try doing this. (The red lines are the cuts to be used as clones the blue ones are just topping each top to get more tops andmore bud)

but then again its my first grow
and im using her as my note book
learning do's and donts by wat Has and Hasnt worked out for me.
So ive decided to keep her as a small plant and not a mother
and as soon as i move flip her to 12/12 lighting and hope for female.
so heres wat im going todo
keep her in the 1gal pot shes in
start to feed her 1/2 strenghth
and try to deal with her size as long as pissible
i supercroptd her two tallest branches wich solved my height problem and even it with canopy
I also topped 2 mire times (the venter tops) to fill up center with more buds
WAT DO U GUYS THINKK...?
