Can I clone/ what to do with small flower

I took some pictures to view. This girl was in veg for maybe 2-3 weeks and in flower for 2-3 weeks. She wasn't getting good light indoor so I moved her to outdoor. Ironically the lights are on/off around the same time of the suns time. So my questions...

Is it to late to clone her? How would I do so?
If it's too late, should I keep her outside or will it do no good? Any other suggestions please.

PS- Shes sitting with a lilly which looks similar to her. Nice camo!

Yes you can clone it however its not ideal when its flowering. You can keep it outside it will just start to veg again.

Flowering clones take longer to root but explode with insane branching

On a related note, does anyone know if foliar feeding would help a flowering plant reveg?

So just water her without nutes? do i pull hairs off or do anything special? so this plant will go back to veg?
