can i bud with what i have?

sure you CAN, but will you get more than an eighth to a quarter? I doubt it.

More light = more bud.

I wouldnt bother trying to flower a plant with that.

Yeah anything less than 400w of anything u prefer is a waste of time and energy imho. Unless u want to bonzai ur plants, then ur good to go. Lol. No but seriously tho that's only enuff for seedlings or rooting clones. Get urself a 4 bulb t5 setup they ain't that much and u could bud sum decent 1 1/2' plants.

My plant is already bush with close to 40 leaves it is exact a foot and is growing nice,sorry no pics
