Can I be a Texas resident and get medical marijuana in Oklahoma

Why in hell people stay there is beyond me. New Mexico is quick. 12 plants, 4 of which can be in flower. Colorado is legal. Plus Texas just plain sucks. I'm a native Texan and should know.
I agree with Oklahoma it’s well Oklahoma. I like Texas lived right next door to you in Louisiana for all my life lol. But one doctor in Lawton was around 5k deep back logged on ppl. But more doctors are signing up to approve folks.

I hate TX. Been stuck here for 20 god damned years.

Hopefully I’ll be moving to WA in Jan because I finally found a job in a state I want to live in. In an industry I know I can make it in. Just making the move happen now....

Bastards took me to jail for a few grams of weed on my honeymoon. I wasn’t even smoking it the guy ‘just barely smelled it’ through all my luggage and search me. I don’t give a fuck legal or not you don’t take someone to jail on their honeymoon for a damn joint. Because he ran my plates and I had a pot charge on my record 18 years ago is why he fucked w me. Ruined my clean streak.

Almost. Cost about $4K altogether but I got the charge dropped to a ticket, paid it, then had the record expunged.

Fuckers.

I can not wait to leave here.

Yeah, still bitter.

What are you planning on doing in Washington? It’s expensive to live up there granted when I was there I lived on whidbey island. Best bet is to stay on the east side of the mountains. The west side is far more expensive.

I got a job as a grower for Lucky Devil. They’re expanding and need someone to help run their new warehouse in a few months when it’s up and rolling.

Also am settin up a home inspection business. Already have the business license just need to get up there and do the certification test and I’ll be rolling w that too.

Good luck. I rocked it in the military up there and worked for a place that did work with computers working as an network engineer. The state is nice but expensive as hell. So be ready for the increase in the cost of living. But be sure to visit pikes place and all that good stuff in Seattle I always like going to the magic shop in pikes lol.

Absolutely.

The increase in cost of living has me a little apprehensive but if I find a place I can grow my future boss says he’d buy everything from me and sell it in his dispensaries to help make up the difference. Already has me and my wife lined up with medical licenses.

Bank account will still take a hit though I’m sure.

Finding a place to live is proving to be a pain in the ass at the moment. Slim pickings it seems, already had three houses fall through.

Yah it’s tight especially depending on the area. My payments were higher because of the fact I lived on the island. I wish you guys luck.

Stay away from Seattle and anything near there and you won't pay near as much or put up with the horrible traffic.. Literally some of the worst in the nation. . I have lived in Washington all my life.. If you have any questions about the area feel free to ask me.

Thanks guys.

The warehouse is in Tacoma so I’m looking around that area. Not real familiar with the area so any recommendations on where to look would be much appreciated!

I got a little taste of that traffic on my trip and interview lol. I’m hoping to find somewhere close to Tacoma.

Go south... About 20 miles and look in the Olympia or outskirts of Oly.. 20 min drive to Tacoma and much less bs.. Tacoma = OK to work there. Stinks to live there... Literally..
Worked in T town for 13 years... I need a smaller place to live with less people, traffic and crime. Some bad parts in the tacoma area as there are everywhere so pick carefully.

So Tacoma I’m not to keen on only stopped there while I was going rafting on the hood river. I know it’s close to ft Lewis but I’m not sure on the best areas that way I stayed on the northern half of the state for the most part. Traveled to mt Baker an snoqualmie to snowboard lol.

Good deal thanks. Will do.
I’ve only been to the city once, Olympia looked nicer when I was there so I’ll focus on that area a bit more. It’s hard to judge the areas when you are only there for a few days. Hopefully something will open up soon.

I used to live in Monroe when I was younger. Up norther WA somewhere. I have warm memories of the state from that.

I definitely need to do some rafting.
