Can i add Dyna-Gro Pro-tekt Tek-032 0- 0-3 Silicon Supplement to my veg nute regime?

Hello, im indoors, i run hng full line up, and wanted to know when you add your silica supplements? Os it ok to add in early veg? Week 1 and so on?
I figure you deff use in flower, but icant find when its ok to add

Absolutely, Protekt is a great product. 2.5ML/gallon for the first week or two in veg and then 5ML/gallon through veg until week 5 of flower.

Wait one week after transplant. Use it when you're watering in your base nutrients. Always mix Protekt first. It's also slightly alkaline so I always find myself using PH down when I use it.

This is my 3rd grow so forgive me if im bothering you..
I already fed nutes....
I rinsed my coco thouroughly, charged with 1/4 base nutes, .5 ml cal mag in a gal, and rapid root .25ml ph at 5.5,with ppm at 190 idk what diverson.5 .7 etc, this tds meter i have has no brand and is from china, im not sure i can even calibrate it...
Is that bad?
My last feed last night, i decided to bump up ppm to 330 ppm and runoff came at 204 ppm
So i figured they where hungry...
Should i not be feeding nutes at this young?

dude, you're on point. keep doing what you're doing. Keep that PH at 5.5 for seedling and between 5.8 - 6.2 in hydro and 6.5 - 6.8 in soil.
