any good "outdoor" beats ALL indoor LP shwags
proven
Generally correct but when done right theres a reason indo gets twice as much per unit.
Some strains are best indoors. GSC is good outdoors but never as FIRE as indoors. Many OGs fall short in full term outdoors. They are good, great evrn fire. But well grown indo is another level.

control is key..
If all went the same outside ..same result..but MN has her own ways of saying what we end up with ..
weather trumps all.

Control is nice but cant control day length or color spectrum from the sun. Thats the difference in well grown indoors versus outdoors as far as OGs, IMO.

Im at 43 parallel in Oregon and sour d crosses or a lot of coveted OGs, dont have that extra month and color spectrum that Humboldt or Sacto areas have. Their sours and OGs outdoors are always better. Tighter, fuelier, tastier.
I can pull them off but i only do them in dep or indoors. Not worth it for full term.I grew great GSC forum cut a few years back and Skywalker OG it was fire. Friends still talk about the Skywalker. But i only got 50 cents more per unit than my other full terms. And it didn't have the nose or bag appeal of indo.

I Beg to differ, Because you CAN INDEED grow FIRE outside.. and you can control it as well with little thought and know how.

stick around and see for yourself
Okay lemme know how you control the sun and seasons other than light dep or supplemental light dep. Or no extra lighting.

There's no doubt you can grow fire outdoors but i believe light and spectrum can be more important factors to the "best" expression of a strains phenotype. Some strains reputations and characteristics are based on the style of grow. Ins outs and all the type of deps have noticeable differences with in one strain.

The other point i might not have been clear is that there are few places on the planet where every strain will grow well effortlessly. This goes all the way back to when the split into sativa, indica and ruderalis as main subspecies with their own subtypes.

known fact that if you left all strain alone to grow as they all do....
only certain ones would make it in different climates around the world..

and?
