check out a couple web sites I use, might help alot, http://www.weedfarmer.com/cannabis/, and http://www.greenmanspage.com/guides/ , incase you havent been to either one of these, they have great referance material.

im thinkin that could be a fungus or somewort of disease starting. I'd buy some fungicide and see if that helps. It doesnt look like a nute problem to me.

looks like something on the plant...do you spray or foliar feed??

How do you water?? with a bucket?? a watering pail?? a hose?

itsz definately not fungus cause its only happening to the c99 strain...

my c99 has the same look ,it turns out great, no ill effects ,a c99 trait?mine are from dr greenthumb
