image.jpgCan anyone identify what is going on here? I don't have oh testing equipment yet, but I suspect nutrient deficiency possibly caused by a oh imbalance leading to a nutrient lockout. I am an ultra new band really am not looking for a serious harvest on this plant. Have any of you run in to this with your plants and what did you do to correct the problem? I have searched for hours looking for something similar to this but the information available is too broad for this been. Any ideas?

Terrible looking soil for starters, one leaf has had something munching on it, aside from that they definitely need to be in the Intensive Care unit....major problems, and with what little info you provided a diagnosis cannot be given. Sorry.......

Those are definitely hurting and like greenlikemonkey said that soil definitely isn't helping out your cause. I would look into the marijuana plant problems section of the forum and check out the deficiencies tables over there.

Who knows what that growing medium is
Rather than deficient in any nutrient I believe its already nutrient burnt.
Might consider scrapping this one. Those leaves will never right themselves and the only thing you would have to work with would be the new growth, provided you correct whatever is currently killing it.

Thanks for the responses guys. I know the grow medium is not ideal for this plant but I had already started with that soil (organic gardening soil) and the conditions for the grow are less than ideal as it only gets 6 hours of light per day. It was growing super healthy and was responding well to being topped and super cropped, then I left for the weekend and came back to find her like this. With all of the missing information I assumed I wouldn't get a good answer as I didn't pose a proper question but thought there may be an off chance someone could spot the issue.
my intent for this plant was to learn pruning techniques solely and see if I could learn more in a few trash runs before I put the money into an indoor grow kit.

Since I planted this seed I have done countless hours of research and have a decent understanding of how to approach my next attempt but am wanting to make all the mistakes at the lowest possible cost to me as money isn't abundant right now.
