Can anyone recommend a physician in SoCal?

I am already a prop 215 patient and I am researching this for a friend.

Can anyone recommend a physician in SoCal that is not too "strict"? My friends chronic back pain has not been diagnosable as anything conclusive so he's unable to get the proper paperwork required by my physician.
