Can anyone identify this issue please

Plants are in week 4 of flowering and growing in Coco with good conditions but the leaves seem to be curling and overlapping themselves.
I had a similar situation with my previous grow and the buds never really formed. I feel that they stopped growing at around week 4.
I'm using the whole line of AN never passing 75% strength.
I'll attach pictures of the current plants and previous grow also to see what I mean maybe someone could guide me not to mess these up too.
Thanks
Jez

to me, it looks like too much nitrogen and possably too hot, you have very dark green leaves curling down along the length of the leaf, pointing to too much nitrogen. you also have the leafs curling inwards both under and over, pointing to heat stress.

Any light leak? It may be genetics or stress but looking at some leaves it looks like there may have been revegged.

I made sure I had no leeks. Apart from the 2 times I forgot the door open but I doubt they would re-veg in so little time.
Stress could be a little but I have a feeling it's got to do with some kind of nute problem/lock out.
