Can anyone identify this bug?

Hey yall,

found one of these little guys on a dyin leaf. After a bit of googling it seems this could be a thrip. Can can anyone confirm?

Possibly a Thrip... kinda big for a Thrip tho. They usually feed on the bottom of the leaf, and deposit white clusters of eggs on the top of the leaf.

Here’s another one we just found today!

Sprayed with Purecrop1 day before yesterday in the room. This bug was found right outside the room.

That looks like a springtail. I don't know if the first pic was also a springtail. Most springtails don't get on the leaves. You could have more than one type of bug too. That first pic looks kinda like a thrip but it's too blurry to tell.
 
THAT is a Springtail.... looks different from your first pics.
Yeah it was another bug that was found. Could have been totally different species! We took a good look under the leaves of some of the girls and looks like we have something there. Can’t tell if it’s just natural hairs coming off the stems or eggs.
