Can anyone identify these?

These come out of the soil and onto the rim whenever I do a very thorough watering. Other than starting with a low pH from FFOF which caused a magnesium deficiency that stunted some growth and left yellow tips, this lady has been very healthy throughout the grow. It was hell getting this picture through a loupe and a craptastic phone but here it is in all of its glory:

Can they fly? If not maybe springtails? No harm if springtails, just annoying. Diatomaceous earth on the top of the pot if you wanna get rid of them. If the fly they are gnats… yellow stickie tape will catch the flyers.

Thank you for the quick reply. I've been anticipating them evolving from larvae to insect but it's been 6+ weeks since I first noticed them and nothing but the occasional spider mite exploring before being promptly evicted followed by a good spraying of neem oil
I just googled springtails and I think you nailed it. Thank you!
