I have an american bulldog and she is about 1. I have noticed recently that she has little red spots and some have puss as well. They are over her legs and underneath her belly. I have noticed that they come up normally when i walk her in a park by my house but i was wondering if anyone knows what this is.

I'm going to on monday, she isn't in pain at all they dont seem to bother her, i got a feeling it could be nettle stings

Allergies.
Can be caused by anything from food to fleas including allergies to grass/pollen just like people.

If they're blistering up that's really a bad allergy though so make sure to get it figured out quick it only gets worse.
The dog probably isn't in pain but more likely itches like mad.

You can give the dog temporary relief with just a nice cool bath, use dog soap, and they can have benadryl or similar human allergy pill to stop the itching temporarily too, 1/2 tablet.

she doesnt itch them or anything. i will go to the vet to find out what they are, she keeps going in this dirty pond at the park so that could be it she also trys to drink the water there, i try and stop her but shes a bit naughty lol. i have stopped taking her there and will try another field that has just grass on

If you had spots on you like that don't you think you would notice and be bothered? She may not scratch or lick them but they are definitely a problem and I agree probably an alergy to something. Unfortunately, most vets aren't so good at diagnosing such things so in addition to what your vet says, you should try to observe what seems to bring them out and make them worse, and then avoid the hell out of those things.
