Can anyone help identify this bug?

My plants bottom leaves seem to be drying up but I can't figure out this little bugger. They were walking all over the hard DE that's on top of my coco. It's hard because of watering.

I'm in coco coir too.

The closest thing I can find is a springtail...

Thrips would be all over your leaves from what I remember of them...
