well here is the catch...and the main reason i posted this thread......this honey was an experiment........I wanted to try something I had been thinking about........I made this with fresh trim...yes wet bud trim...I harvested a plant...and I always trim it up and manicure wet (less trichome damage)....so it was about 3-4 ounces wet..so 3/4 to 1 oz. dry equivalent.....I ran 2 cans of butane through it....and yielded about 5 grams(no that isn't all 5 grams in the photo..lol..) of what you see in my hand.....so my experiment proves.......it may work best to make butane hash with really dry trim...but you can use completely wet trim...I think this has to be the best way to get some quick smoke when you harvest. this is the bomb and you can be smoking it 48 hours after harvest..........fuck water curing..for some quick smoke...takes a week and taste like shit( I've never done this, but smoked it)...ruins the weed....

the weed did not freeze, until all the butane had rinsed the weed evaporated from it, which makes sense, because butane gets cold as it evaporates, but when you run it through the honey extractor, you are compressing it, and it is not cold enough to freeze the weed....so it works perfect....

come on I made it with wet trim...isn't that kind of cool.........?...lol

What type of butane you use.? I use n-butane with no impurities and I avoid using iso-butane or Ronson brand.

I only use vector 5x refined or Lucienne 4x refined.......nothing else

i was smoking my honey oil 10 mins after I extracted lol

Where the heck do you find butane like that? I would love to try this in a couple of months after the first harvest!
