Can a mod delete my journal? Want to start over

My journal is all messed up. My fault, but I can't figure out how to delete it or just about anything in it. I keep good grow notes and pics locally so I can easily repopulate it, if I can toss it all out and start over. If it's something I can do myself, I overlooked how.
