Can a lant be stunted?

I have 2 plants. They are now 21 days into flower. 1 in soil has nice buds forming. The 1 in waterfarm has no signs of flowering. No new growth at all, but is still a nice healthy plant. What could be the cause of this?

lack of food and light. the soil has nutes locked in it, the other is starvin!

are they both the same strains?

ya what abud said, its hungry for food. It can grow if it doesnt have the essentails that even us humans have we cant grow without food, water and light ( i guess the light thing is only for plants)

I have been using GH Floro micro, grow and bloom and at half the recomended strength. Changing out water with nutes weekly. What do you recommend?

if it was hungry for nuits wouldn't the leaves change colour. otherwise if it looks healthy how u supposed to know its hungry and not something wrong!!!

no they are no he same strain. the hydro one was started about 10 days before the other. I have 2, 4ft plant lights and 2, 24 in plants lighs n them.

It changes color when its a nute burn , when theres a nitrogen dificiency the leaves droop down ward i believe i forgot.
I still say it needs more light and better food.

Here are the pics. The bushy one is the non grower. Tall skinny 1 has bud.

here is tall skinny 1 turned side ways because I can't figure out how to rotate and crop it to fit on here.

Bushy 1 is droopy because pump was turned off for about 4hrs.

Hmm it also may be droppy cause it wants more nitrogen to be fed

does nitrogen get fed directly to the roots or gas in the air?
