so reggie buds you buy for cheap must be the either someone bred acouple good plants and sold the seedy bud anyway?...or someones growing a bunch and dont know what the hell their doing?...

or they planted a bunch and didn't give a fuck whether or not there were seeds because they put minimal effort in for maximum profit.
