If you see a pair of green eyes over the icon next to a username, that user is watching you!
To watch more than one cam at a time, it's cheap. (Not listing price, this ain't no goddamned commercial!) And it's a one-time pay.
RED NAMES ARE ROOM ADMINS (CAN BAN YOU FOREVER!)
GREEN is OP or OP+ (OP+ can ban, OP can kick and punish)
BLUE is room regular/friend (Voice power during moderation, can use the microphone during room moderation mode)

Nobody can access your IP address except for the room admins and OP+ (way more restrictions than IRC, and we do have the ability to permaban you by CPUID, which means time to buy a new CPU if you wish to come back. We can also ban the internet and allow people in by nickname ONLY [but we try to avoid this to attract stoners to the room! Come in, party!]

We keep a friendly and fun room! Growers come and show off their wares (including myself) and we chat and give each other advice. We have music at times, and we have many a bongrip flying over the mic!

Actually, if we can pre-verify you beforehand you don't even have to show your face.

Say you signed up on Camfrog under Growtech666 and let me know in a PM or something, you could come in with your camera on your plants and we'd be fine with that as i'd let the owners know. I've got the pull.

The program even comes with face obscuring tech. Covers your eyes with googly eyes, though I think that's a pro-only feature.

As it is, there's other programs you can use, like splitcam, to use a picture as your video image. Ain't nobody gonna see you, then, and if we can pre-verify your name, there ya go.

If you don't want to be watched, that's easy enough for me to pull with the room owners. He's just looking to get his room count up.

If you do join, PM me with your nickname on Camfrog so I can get you hooked up with Friend/Regular status and you can enter the room without your face being on camera. That's the easiest way to do it.

Ahh, so let's see you program it and offer that ability for free. No free program offers the ability to see 100 webcams at once (I doubt your hardware can handle it, my 32" monitor and dual 9800GTX+ only lets like 60 cams fit on one screen at max resolution, and it's smooth enough for me to communicate with deaf people since I know ASL. I'll pay for that feature.

And lots of the rooms are private - they're not listed, you have to know their names, and it's invite-only with a password. The Smokehouse is one of a few gateways to those rooms
