dude do no play with ppls heads
dreams are something that should not be messed with by someone that has not done their work..............everyone is different the viewpoints/the morals/the culture/.......ask 100 ppl what the meaning of normal is 100 different answers
lucid dream is nothing more then a person having control of the dream their mind understands it is a dream scape then taken control of it doing what u want ........more advance skills allow u to dream walk (that allows u to do alot but it is really really hard) i forget the name of if CIA did work on it .....might still be active

i started this thread to find a natural
apparently there either very rare or like to keep it to them selfs for what ever reason.

well to truly help them u need to understand them so u can tell what the images thoughts terrors are about
and no everyone can do this just little thinking before u go to sleep .........makes u feel better sleep to me is close eye 30 secs passes open eyes it is 10 hours later
i only dream when someone/something wants me to understand something or avoid it

just what i said ..........i do not dream unless someone/something has something to show me / tell me to avoid
if u understand lucid dreaming then u should understand what dream scape is really ......i was 5 when i started this i am 35 now

Woah. I do this all the time. Kinda wake up a little while as I am dreaming and sometimes just let it continue its path, or sometimes I can actually control the direction. Sometimes it is frightening and the reality jerks me awake. I have this one occasionally reoccurring nightmare where me and some peeps are in a car going fast actoss a long bridge. The bridge just ends and we free fall. That is the only troubling one I remember. I can initiate dreams from first laying on the pillow if I have a buzz. Think good thoughts and imagine a place and situation that would make me really happy. Eventually the sleep takes over and I wander into a more real existence in my own fantasy. It's really cool. Mostly this is effective if I have a good sleepy time weed tho. It removes all of the random thoughts of the day. The problems that meander through my thoughts I cant seem to shake if I don't have some good sleep weed to relax and calm my thoughts.
Edit. It's mostly just an awareness that you are dreaming. And rather than wake from it, you just use the reality to continue and maybe direct it. Or not. Used to feel weird. Not so much anymore.

Nah. Probably when I was a kid cause I had a lot of nightmares and used to wake up thinking someone was riding my bike down the street or the little girl next door was screaming or something. I could vividly hear this stuff for real. Mom and dad told me I was just hearing stuff andd would check me for a fever. As an adult, I dunno. I don't always sleep well, have gone days without being able to sleep. Getting better as I get older. I also know how to meditate. But, the secret is to clear the random BS out of your mind to be able to get to sleep. Like all of your problems bouncing around in your thoughts and release the emotion of them. If you can get that put behind you, think about your fantasy world. A world with no problems, like you live and grow weed legally for a living and no one will ever steal for you and you will never need money. It's a total fantasy and you have all te friends you want. From their it just starts building itself if you start falling asleep. Riding in the woods. Fishing and cooking on a camp fire. Everyone laughing and no drama no mean no BS kinda like heaven would be. Boom. Then your getting a good nights sleep. Might even wake up with a woody and stuff. LoL

no that was reprogramming of a mind ..........using chemicals and a understanding of how a mind works
that stuff is old hat ......it been done for centuries by ppl with a understanding of it (shamans priest witch doctor)
ok u have not done your homework yet then .........lucid dreaming is basically a trance your body is safe and down your mind is free to go anywhere .....once u understand this then u can start to do some really cool things ..........dreaming for most ppl is just the day replaying in their mind altered with the fears /troubles /mind set of the person .....their minds trying to make sense of everything/work out any problems
now if u are able to control the fact u know u are dreaming it alters everything and u enter into a trace state (mind is free of body).........now to understand the rest it is really hard to explain unless u done the work yourself .........look into Aussy aboriginal.....Tibetan traces (asteral projection) ...akashic records ...Chants and sonic resonance OM ....string theory and M theory and Chaos theory.......Fractals and nature....that should get u started .........and the simple understand that energy can not be destroyed only converted (what we call a soul is nothing more then the energy that is bouncing around in a living body) at some point the body dies and the energy transfers out to something ........the trace u are entering allows u to leave the living body and mess around but the amount of what is retained depends on the training and what the person wants
the rest is tougher....but those will get u on the right track
what oldtimer64 and i are talking about is a program started back in the 50/60s they showed promise they were closed and others were open up then they been closed and the newest set is out active now .........augmented with tech (the human body is nothing but a bio engine tech can be altered to function with it) they are already doing it now for really sick ppl ......and a standard understanding with most ppl working in tech is the military has tech about 10 to 20 years more advanced then what is on the market for public use
