Ok heres some of the questions:

1. Is it legal to grow in california for everyone or do you have to obtain some type of license. If so how do you obtain the license?

2. Is it true that dispensaries buy marijuana from growers and have a contract with them?

1. It is not legal for anyone in California to grow, you need to have a license. Which really isn't a license, it is a prescription from a doctor that allows you to posses marijuana legally under prop 215.


2. Dispensaries do get "donations" from growers and some rowers may be "asked to continue to return".
