California Told To Shut Dispensaries

I wonder how the State of California will respond. This is a state with 53 Congressmen and 55 Electoral College votes. Seems like political suicide.
 
this is just sickening. but like the article said, the last time the feds made these kind of threats it was just a scare tactic. what really sucks is most of these business owners aren't in a financial position to stand their ground and chuck the bird because they could lose even more than if they just shut down. the fact that mj is still schedule I just makes the feds have absolutely zero credibility. they should be made to answer for it.

i agree.. how the fuck can mj be schedule one and shit like heroin and cocaine be classified lower?? that's just absolutely insanity imo.. and i've used all three, there's no fucking way weed is worse for you than coke or heroin for sure.. such bs...
i don't agree with the whole mmj thing to begin with, but this really is bullshit, and it goes to show that until marijuana is reclassified on a federal level, things are never going to change..

yeah i hope they take a stand and at least made a deal over this. its perfectly legal on the state level. they even get the cops to come check it out so they know they are within the states regulation and laws. but then BAM some stupid shit like this happens. the feds step in because the state and federal laws contradict themselves.isnt that funny how just now they are deciding to take action? just wasting MORE money,MORE effort, and putting legitimate growers under extreme pressure.....say how much is our national debt? thats just what this country needs. more money wasted. it is a a big state with alot of political power. i hope everyone over there is pissed as hell. then maybe something will happen.cali i hope you have somesort of plan for this. they need to pull their heads out of their ass's. if obama gets elected again im moving to canada.
 
people are talking about wasting money going after these people, but i'm thinking more about the lost money that they won't be getting in say sales tax, rent on properties, lose of jobs for the people who work there, the list goes on and on.. it really is fucking stupid as fuck..
