California Orange Bud

My plants have been at this stage for about a month now and really haven't changed much. The buds seem to be thick and are quite smelly. I'm wondering if it's harvest time or should I let them go longer. Any advice is appreciated. Here's the setup:
400w HPS
Ocean Forest soil
12/12
Bud candy nute

Get a 30x power glass and see for your self, clear, white, or amber for the couch lock...the choice is yours,....next grow include 30% perlite in that pot, to avoid root compaction and that 'hot' soil ...lol
