California Medical Marijuana

Hello im 19 years old and im pretty sure i suffer from insomnia and osteoarthritis. I would like some help on how i can obtain one. Neither insomnia or osteoarthritis show up in my medical record.Ever since i was a kid my knees have always hurt really bad . The first time i went concerning fever,etc. , last sumemer, i told him about osteoarthritis. He just acted like it was nothing and just recommended me some calcium.i just dont like how he pretents like its nothing and doesnt know how the knee pain hurt.As for insomnia it started on september. i couldnt fall aspleep and would go to sleep like 1:00 Am in the morning.then in the morning i would wake up with dark bags under my eyes falling asleep in my college classes.i have smoken marijuana and its helped me fall asleep in like less than 10 second. Should i let the doctor know that marijuana has helped me in insomnia???? .Would i qualify for medical marijuana card?? if so can anyone recommend me what to do next?? should i go back to my same doctor or should i go to a medical marijuana consultation??? Can anyone recommend me the easiest place to get one , where they actually listen to you and understand you?? By the way i Live in Anaheim, CA in orange county.
