Does anyone know how many prescriptions per household are allowed in California? Is there a limit?

Thank you!

no he means per house hold. like in Alameda county your allowed like 72 plants but if you had a house with ten people all with prop 215 legal recomendations you probably couldnt have 720 plants lol.

or like where your allowed 6 plants if you had 10 people with medical marijuana cards there could you do 60??

idk

ive wondered this before

I think it is a Max. per household, so even if you have 5 people with med cards, you can still only have 6 plants (or whatever the your counties laws are.) BUT, of the 5, you could each carry up to and Oz (?) on your person, so you could probably have more than you are allowed to grow. :-P

seriously this is a good question.

i doubt that pigs would do someting about 2 cardholders growing together but like 3+ might look like a commercial grow or something.

especially in counties where your allowed like 25 or 72 plants

around here we try not to grow on more than 3 scripts. the feds frown upon 100 plants or more. we are allowed 30 so that's 90 on 3 scripts. that's were i stop. :)
