California 215 Parcel Question

Hello, I was wondering if anybody in California knew what the laws were regarding the number of patient's plants per parcel. For example, if there were two people living in the same house with cannabis licenses- not a couple, would each of them be able to grow their legal amount on the same parcel of land. lets say the limit per person was 20, and two people with licenses had 40 plants, is this legal?
thank you ahead of time!

shit you dont really have a limit..some county's do have guidelines though and state cops can arrest you but u will have a fighting chance at least lol as long as your legitimate and really need it..if you wanna fight for your rights then follow bill-sb420

thank you for the response, yea my county is pretty laid back, but i cant find any info anywhere clarifying if its limited to one license per parcel, i know mendocino passed a bill so as you can only have 25 per parcel. so do you know if you can have multiple scripts per parcel of land?

i'd check your county guidelines..just google this- prop215 county guidelines in california (put your county instead of state if you want)

the 215 or sb420 both refer to the legal amount allowed by the county ...under the guidelines of sb420 the STATE cannot atomatically prosecute you for having more plants than your script or county allows. But in turn they simply have to prove that you were growing more medicine than needed for a hefty encarceration ....

i beat a case before..its really up to the jury and what they think of you..or the judge depending on what kind of trial u choose, the majority of people pick a jury trial.
