Calcium def?

i'm in my 4th week of flower, doing dwc, 700-800ppm, ph 5.4-6.0, strain sour grapes. seems like the deficiency always starts about the 2nd week of flower. i'm using ro water but i add about 150ppm of ca-mag back in. it's a new strain i just started so it's something specific with this strain. never had this issue with the last couple harvest. i'm guessing it's calcium deficiency. what's a good fix since i'm in the 4th week? thanks in advance!!
