I’m running general hydro nutes at 80% , ran into a deficiency week5. What do I run cal mag at without getting burned also how long all throughout growth ?

According to a chart someone recently posted here, the plants' need for cal mag drops in week 1 of flowering, and again in week 4. Unless you have a cal mag deficiency, you shouldn't need more than 2ml/gal at this point.

Check this link for information on how nutrients interact. Cal mag and Potassium (K) can have adverse effects on each other, for example.

What kind of lighting are you using and what are your temps? If running LEDs, you need to have a room temp in the high 70*s or low 80*s. Low 70* with LEDs can affect Ca uptake.

The only time Calcium is demanded by the plant is when using soft water and usually some blurple LED in flower need Calcium supplemented or it can go deficient beyond recovery .

It's not like it is hard to make your own. I just boil the hell out of some eggshells and pull around 375 PPM of Ca from them into 1 cup of distilled water boiled down from 2 cups, and my girls are loving it.
