Cal-Mag or Molasses.. which one? Help!

I have what I think is a mg deficiency with my soil plants and I've read here on the forums that both molasses and cal-mag have been used to remedy the problem. Which one is most beneficial?

just flush it and give it some vermi t and you'll be back with food in 8 to 12 days
