Been battling this the last 2 grows and with my mother plants. All my searching makes it seem like a cal/mag issue, and since it is the older leaves that get it, that means calcium is the prob right? I use RO water and grow in Cana brand coco coir, both of which cal/mag supplementation is recommended. I use GrowMore's N-Cal-Mag at 7ml per gal (their chart recommends 5ml/gal) yet I'm still getting symptoms.
I pH to 5.8-6.2, and I did a runoff test on 3 of my plants (an early flower, a late flower, and a mom) all the runoff came out with 5.8pH and the ppm of my moms was 600, early flower 700, and end flower was at 1200ppm so I don't think its lockout. Environment seems pretty on point, my moms are in the low 70f's while my flowering room is at 81f.
Is this a cal/mag issue or am I misdiagnosing it? Do I need to supplement EVEN MORE cal/mag since I'm both in coco coir and using RO water?
Please help
