Ok folks, i am using reverse osmosis water and ive tried to do the research but have only been able to find information that progresses my confusion. CAN ANYBODY EXPLAIN HOW MUCH CALCIUM (general organics cal mag) AND MAGNESIUM (dyna gro's mag pro) i should be adding to my REVERSE OSMOSIS WATER? Im talking... At what ppm should i add calcium?, what ppm should i add mag pro? Should i add both every water? Should i add them when flushing? Someone please give me the run down, im getting very upset with these low yields. Basically losing money. Help! Any advice is appreciated

i only use cal mag when i see yellowing in the plant.....i use the cal mag from botanicare because it also has nitrogen which is vital for vegetation. i would follow the instructions on the bottle and use in conjunction with regular nutes. dont add when flushing.
also your ppm question doesnt make sense to me. every strain handles different ppm's. there is no set ppm to add anything.
to be safe and see if the plant likes that amount of food i would have my ppm's at around 1200....but also what ppm meter are you using? there is ppm 5 ppm 7 and EC...im talking about ppm 7. its okay to use cal mag through out both veg and flower cycles. Hope this helps ;)

Nah i really do appreciate the help, but i was looking for like a general proportion feeding for calcium and magnesium when using r o water. Not just general organics.
OK, sorry.
I didn't understand your question, was thinking maybe you got a Mayo jar with some from a friend or something and didn't have the label.
I have some "Maxi Cal" made by 'Grow More' that I got from a local nursery, and it says "10-0-0" on the label, which led me to believe it was NPK, with Ca and Mh added, but it is 10% N, 10% Ca, 101% Mg, along with a little B, Co, Cu, Fe, Mn, and Zn.
For Tomato foliar feed, it says 1-6 tsp/ gal, but doesn't give a ratio to add to regular water, so I just give 1-2 tsp/ gal every other week or so, along with my veg nutes.
Hopefully this will give you something you can compare to be helpful.

Good call.
That's why I went and got mine, is I was fine, except for the little yellow spotting, that was getting worse, and I didn't want to go to the trouble I did 2 grows ago, and add ground Potassium pills and Epsom to my water.View attachment 2623141
Within 2 days of adding the Maxi Cal to my water, I had no more visible spotting.
