C99 from female seeds flowering heavy under 24/7

After having c99 from seed under 24/7 for two months it started to flower and still continues to, it's not have flowering but dense enough that its pretty dense. It's like it's autoflowering really poorly.

I don't understand. Is this a thing?

weird, I know they mention the origins of their grapefruit strain includes some breeding with an automatic to improve a thai sativas flowering time. Perhaps there is some automatic in the lineage of their c99?
