I have a 5 x5 x 9 grow room . How long should i have my timer on in a closed room running c02 with the flow meter at 1 . I know it wont be exact and my room is pretty seal there are some crack. I run a inline fan taking air out the space 24/7. How often should i run my fan to get my ppm high . I mean i heard outside air is 400 ppm. So even if am only getting 700 better then 400. Want be get ppms of 700-1400 so how often would i run the c02 every hour every 3 ?

Gave me this
Grow room area: 160 cubic feet
Amount of CO2 required: 0.2 cubic feet
On time: 10.6 minutes

At this flow rate:
If you are using a 20 pound CO2 bottle with a regulator, it will last 174.8 hours.
If you have a CO2 Generator a 5 gallon propane tank will last 540 hours.

Now 10 minutes every what ?

You really need a co2 meter. The variables are just too significant. The size/stage of the plants during the grow and all the variables that affect plant metabolism, like temperature, also affect co2 usage. Room leakage is constant, but not between different grow rooms. It would be easier to hit a certain speed in a car blindfolded than to hit your target co2 ppm without a meter.

If you can't do it right, then wait until you can. Otherwise you will probably just waste time and money.

If your in veg? Don't even bother with gassing!!!!!!!! Your only wasting money and NOT getting a good return for your investment!!!
If your in flower, and you intend to attempt gassing with a fan taking air out of the room 24/7 your NOT going to do ANYTHING but WASTE your money!!!

You NEED an environmental controller!!!! This unit will do everything you NEED for under 200 clams!

It's much nicer then the C.A.P. controllers and cheaper too!

If you have to wait 2 months- DO IT! Your only throwing away your money otherwise!

NO ONE can give you the answer you want AND be correct!

Sorry , but Chuck and I are right on this one!
