buying watered down nutes???

hey i just recently purchased some big bud online from ebay and then fiund the exact same bottle at a local hydro shop exept there liquid was green and i told the guy the situation about the bottle i had and he said that some distrubuters water them down and sell them as the full concetrate..... so any body able to tell me wether big bud is green or white??? lol shhh i wanna know who to complaint too
