Buying seeds online

I'm probably going to be ordering some seeds online pretty soon, most likely from Nirvana. Before doing so I was wondering how safe it is in terms of getting busted. I'm very new to growing pot and am sort of skeptical on buying the seeds online.
 
we were all paranoid our first time ordering buy you'll get over it. you will be fine. so what heve you selected for your grow?
 
Thanks for the quick reply. What you said is very reassuring. Not quite sure what i'm going to get yet. My plans to grow indoors have gone down the drain so now i'm just thinking ahead for when the growing season rolls around. I was looking at the Early Misty and Early Special.
 
I live in the US and I ordered seeds from Amsterdam. They came about 9 days later, no problems.
 
i placed an order with nirvana the friday before christmas and received my seeds yesterday...very pleased with the entire experience...would order from them again....hope that helps
 
What is the best and safest payment method to go with? I'm only 18 and have no credit card. I was hoping I could pay with paypal but it looks like that isn't an option with Nirvana.

Get that Pay Pal Master card that links to your account then you will have a CC as long as you have the $$$ in your account

In order to do that you have to have both a Credit Card account and a Bank account linked to your PayPal account... I only have a bank account linked to it and have no credit card that I can link to it.
 
So far, i have made orders from 2 other places besides nirvana and everything has came through great.. i was nervous as hell too! and im pretty sure everyone will take the money orders.
 
yeah, it's hard to take advice from people you've never met or smoke with but I ordered seeds online WITH a credit card and nothing happened. It's been two years now.

on the downside it's taken me two years to get my shit together and get the grow going. but that's not the seedbanks fault. hell for that matter I apparently have seeds that don't seem to be available any more. Could be good or bad.
 
i purchased seeds online shiva strain from buydutchseeds.com they came a week later in super discreet packaging in side if a pen with a birthday card charged from a different company on the cc bill
 
Use a commerce gift card. say your order costs $80. Go to the bank, and tell them you want a commerce gift card for $80. You give them $85 (5 to make the card) then they give you the card. You can use it online or anywhere its just as good as debit or credit. Plus, your name isnt linked to it. Ive done it more times than i can count. (when ordering products i dont want anybody to know about.) You also may want to put an extra $10 on the card just to take care of shipping, becasue once they give it to you, you cant add any more money.

I just realized I have something very similar to that that I got for Christmas! Its called a Simon Giftcard and its pretty much a Visa debit card. I had completely forgotten about it until I saw that post! I'll try using that and see if it works. Oh and does anyone know what the package looks like from Nirvana? I'm going to have it shipped to my sister's apartment and she wants to know what to look for. Like if it'll be a small box or just in a regular envelope or something like that.
 
nirvana changes it up, you always get a sample something. it is safe i have used them 3 times i have purchased online with cc 5 total times. with cc records can be a bitch, but on the bright side you have protection from gwetting burned.
 
well all i have to say for all u ppl orderin from nirvana is BECAREFUL with ur mail. Check each mail carefully before throwing away. As for whether you'll get caught or not, i dont think cops and all the good ppl would really care about a couple of seeds, i think they wanna bust the big tymers, not the lil fish. Plus I dont think they search every mail coming from international waters, but this is just my $.02
 
I have just recently ordered from dope-seeds.com we will see how discrete the package comes and if it even comes! im crossing my fingers. Oh and the service is amazing i sent them an email today because i ordered the wrong seeds then he sent me an email back like that same day and did the changes neccessary for me with no hassel, if this deal falls through im not shopping for cannobis anywere else.
 
Well I put in the order for my seeds from Nirvana with the Debit Giftcard I had and it went through just fine! Its odd though because it has no billing address affiliated with it so I just put the address of where the seeds are going to be shipped to and it still worked somehow. Anyways its been 2 days since I put in the order and they're already on there way!
 
heres a helpful hint to all you people ordering seeds make sure you use a name when ordering that you can show valid id for.i ordered from nirvana under the name of mike jones(not my name) and the usps got the seeds instead of them delivered to my residence and i got a letter saying i had a package waiting for me at the post office.I knew it was my seeds so i went up to the post office and when they asked for id i gave them my licsence and the names didnt match so i told them it was a nicknamethat i use for the website and that caused alot of weird looks to be exchanged.eventually the maillady said i had to prove that that is my name or show proof of my adress so tommorow im going to go in and hopefully the cops arent sitten behind the counter waiting for me:blsmoke:
