Buying seeds in a non-legal state?

So, if I were theoretically growing in a non friendly state to mmj, would it be safe to buy seeds from altitude or some other place, because it would be nice to get feminized seeds and actually know what Im growing.

They will send the seeds anywhere in the US. And they have a disclaimer on them that they are for collecting only. LOL

It's pretty safe. Even if the seeds get found entering the states they just get confiscated. You don't have much to worry about. I've never had any problems with several orders.
