buying new bulbs tomorrow. Need a bit of advice

Im buying 2new bulbs tomorrow.

My 2 ballasts are 1000w, one is magnetic, the other is a quantum digital.

local htg store has all agromax and sun systems on sale for 50
I currently run a plantmax and digilux

the agro is rated at 150k lumens...


I am thinking of either getting 2 agro/sun sytems or a digilux for the digital and hortilux eye for the magnetic..


any suggestions?

My Eye enhanced HPS looks visibly to my eye more blue than its neighbor containing an Ushio, if that sways you one way or the other.

I would run the nicer bulb on the digital, I believe most digi ballasts utilize a soft start feature that will extend the bulb life, so they claim.

I like that pic. Iv seen similar ones showing digilux out-performing hotilux though so it makes me wonder who really does the tests..

Im curious about these agromax and sun system bulbs. I watched a video on youtube of a comparison of digilux vs suns systems side by side after 4 weeks of flower and the sun systems were doing better. He claimed he used digital ballasts but didnt show them in the vid.
I dont mind spending the money, I want the best. But if the best is only as good as something half the price I wont pay it.

Hortilux duel arc or super HPS. From personal exp. I would only spend my money on hortilux. just my opinion.
