Crazy dude I had the same shit happen to me a while back! My alarm had gone off, because I dropped my keys in the toilet. Just got the stupid thing so I didnt think anything of it disarmed it and just kept working around my house. The sheriffs dept showed up and said they had to search my casa, luckily they never traveled down to my grow room.... O THANKS YOU JABIBA!!! This all happened about a year ago. That alarm was gone faster than money on a casino floor!

really not in cali if u have ur card ur good if under the limit supreme court ruled that local law must respect state laws so unless dea is there any state officer should be able to ticket take or anything of that nature and if it does infact happen courts will should throw it out but i would simply saw to a cop if he tried to ticket me i will be filling a law suit and he is going aginst the supreme courts decison

I know a few people that live in Oregon and heard there are some pretty laid back MJ laws around there. Kind of suprised about OR having the "resin rule".

Oregon is one of the best places, but if you get a real asshole cop...
Some will dump your weed out and send you on your way without a ticket or anything, others will use whatever legal way they can find to fuck you over. It really does depend on how you look and act.

whats up guys so the story is that a sherrif came to my doorstep, and asked about a grow op and i wasnt home. my roommates kept it real cool. they left, we told them they couldnt come in. we cleaned up, disposed of three plants, got all paraphenalia out of the house except for a bong and we suspect that they may come back with warrants, what can they do, if they can do anything? i know somebody has got to know, whats the worse that can happen from this point? any help would be great, any advice, anything. strugglin' real hard right now.kiss-asskiss-asskiss-asskiss-ass
its prob 1 of ur neighbours complainin about the smell,what id do is id still smoke but only have a lil amount,so that the smell still got to your neighbours then wen the police bang the door (swallow ur weed),that way theyl jus think u smoke it and they will have wasted a warrent n ul b all in high throughout.........n theyl leave thinkin ur just a stoner...........on the otherhand if u dont want an experience with the police,dont grow n dont smoke anymore

the official term whre i live is "poss of a substance containing cannabis", resin definetly qualifies. when i got busted with hash, they thought it was black tar heroin. when they tested it for THC it was immediatly deemed - "a sustance containing cannabis". resin will test just the same.

Move to Canada and grow weed all day long.
Once a cop brought my drunk roommate home, she got wasted and called the cops for some reason, anyway, Im sitting on the couch high as fuck, smoking a bong when a cop walks into the living room. I blew out the hoot, started sticking bags in couch cushions and shit. I had like a QP on the table. The cop sat on the couch, turned the other way and started talking to my roommate, ahahah. The place was frickin hotboxed and we had a whole damn shelf of bongs and she didnt even say anything about the weed.
Cop didnt care, she actually thanked me for not being all sketchy, and left. This was before I was growing, but it just goes to show how slack pot is in Canada.

I would just be cautious about neighbors or smell. It's kinda stupid for them to come to the house with no warrent. You sure your boys arent playin a fast one on you? I train MMA with 3 local LEO one of them being my best friend for 20 years now. There would be no way they would come to the house with no warrent. Think about it why would they want to go through all the bullshit and not get nothing out of it plus it? As for the bong depends on the cop and your attitude. If your a dick garunteed they will be a bigger dick and they can so just play it cool.

If they showed up without a warrant, chances are they showed up because of a complaint. If your growing, you Obviously smoke a lot of weed at the place.
Im assuming you have a lot of neighbors that hate weed? They might have called saying they smell pot, so the cops wanted to see just how bad the smell was, when they showed up and realized its def not a giant grow op they prolly just wanted to scare you a bit.

so basicly u didnt get busted or else u be in jail with a large bail bond..
