I got pulled over in Tampico, they barely searched my car, but asked me a lot of questions. A lot.
I eventually gave them $40 to go away. Works every time.

I was gonna help him out, but it looks like he disappeared. Dallas...ugh...takes new money snobs to a whole new level. Whole other world...as I said TX is big with a lot of variety

For all of you that said if they smell it they have the right to enter,... the OP said "Soon as the pigs entered they smelled it" which means they entered the house first...But still the fucked up part is that the wife allowed them to enter so it seems like he still may be fucked....

as for getting caught, your wife's not the sharpest tool in the shed for letting the cops in the house.

the cops cannot search your house without a warrant. they told her they had to search the house. she let them in. they do that a lot. "Sir I'm going to have to ask you to open the trunk". "Well I know your doing your job but I have a constitutional right to say NO. I will not open my trunk if you cannot produce a search warrant"

My guess is it went like this:

"Ma'am, We're gonna have to search the house for your lost son, it's standard procedure, Is that ok?" she said "Yes". She should've said: "No, you cannot search my house without a search warrant, my son isn't here, why don't you go search wherever he really IS at and maybe you'll find him."

Actually the cops that came out were pretty chill. It was the Assistant District Attorney that was calling the shots when I got home. She was a real bitch and was pist to see me running up to the house instead of driving my work truck. They wanted to take my truck bad, but i have been arround a few times and parked that at a nearby krogers and ran the rest of the way. We dont own the truck yet but they would have taken it anyways and make me pay impound to get it back probabbly. Also the A.D.A. told my wife right there on the spot that she would call CPS on us because the grow is dangerous for the kids (said the smell was getting everyone high...).Even threatened us about taking away our pitts because they wanted to eat the cops...GOOD DOGGIES. In the end i am glad that I got busted the way I did instead of DEA doing a kick door because those bastards would have gone thru everything and found it all. I know i need a good attorney but all of them lie and its hard for me to trust that they can do what they say. Hoping someone here might be able to lead us in the right direction.

On the lighter side I just bought annother water pump for my grow at home depot. Since I have allready been busted and dont need it for now figured i better return it. They asked is there anything wrong with it? I really enjoyed telling the lady "nope I was going to use it to grow the best damn hydro in houston but the cops found my grow so I guess I dont need it anymore" her reaction was priceless. Now I shout it out at random like as if I have tourrettes. Item 9 is the bees knees! FIGHT THE POWER!

As Fellow houston grower I am concerned!.... I know the hpd is full of fuckin ass holes! Specially the hispanic pricks! I hate them.... Thats why I try to stay 2 steps ahead.... I got alot to loose... If my ass gets caught my sorry illegal self is goin straight to mexico..... Stay alert... Keep ya guard up...

Ive been busted last october in Tennessee with 85 plants and still no indictment,Im fighting my search warrants bro,They dont even have one on my house...My Lawyer says its looking good but you know how that goes..My fines will be over 100,000$ if Im convicted,I will really have to grow a shit load of plants to pay for all the cops and lawyers with there hands out now
