Burnt my plant!!!!

hey guys, new to RIU.

i recently made a new stealth box and i couldnt perfect the lights and internal temp.

the lights werent touching the plant but was hot enough inside to singe parts of the leaves and ruin of pistils and make them turn brown.

does anyone know if the plant will heal itself?

I'm not 100% sure but I don't think so, once it's burnt it's pretty much dead in those areas. Anyone else care to confirm this?

Some of the burnt leaves may continue to live on, but the burnt sections will never recover, and should be clipped off.

Dude I had this exact same problem... Luckily my plant was nearing it's max vertical growth by the time it happened. But I clipped the top because it was so fried and I sacrificed my cola but all the other bud-sites grew big, meaty buds. It's usually not recommended to cut the top of the plant, but I did, and I still got a good yield. Good luck!

Definitely burnt! As mentioned above, the bunt parts of the plant will not recover but that bud does not look totally fried. Leave it alone and do not do any cutting. Just by looking at it you cannot tell how much damage has been done. Give it a week and let the plant tell you. It looks to me like the bud itself has only superficial damage. --- Good luck, LTT

might be bit late to heal that damage. it wont kill plant though.
