Burning part of leaf

I was wondering what my plant could have .. today is my day i realized that i had not enough light for my plant and i look a bit more and boom ... leaves got problems too ... well here some picture and info about it .. if you have any idea what it could be just let me know!

-Im growing in soil
-Vegetative cycle (18hr of light/6hr of dark) with 2 CFL's 26w ( i'll add more probably next week )
-Watering every 3-4 days
-No nuts ... ( i'll probably use Supervits for soon )
-Temp. is good and air circulation too..

how close are ur lights, looks like some fried kfc chicken, if its too hot (doubtful) it'll do that.. also change ur water, i doubt its 6.5 ph.

what soil'?......tapwater??........light proximity to foliage??

These are the soil i use , and the light is not hot at all because i can take them while open ... and they have fan on them too ... so i took picture of the soil and the middle leaf and the top leaf so you can see the diffrence
