the grow will be a 12/12 from seed, im dealing with regular seeds and not feminized. you will probably see later on in this journal why i choose these, but for now i wont share my surprises

im using soil, with just the fox farm trio nothing else. im honestly not even sure if im going to use nutes at all during this grow, but will see.

one of the seeds is just popping, a tiny little white horn is poking through, im thinking ill transplant tomorrow is the roots shown progress

to start up just 3, after i get a veg/clone box going who knows haha as many as i can fit.

calculated the amount of lumens with all my lighting. im at 12,770 lumens thats with 1x 42watt, 2x 26watts, 2x 23watts, 1x 20watt, and 2x 14watt.

96 hours into germ.

the seeds have cracked and show a small root but not big enough for me to be confident in. i moved them into a ski hat on top of my DVR haha great place for warmth.

hmm the tap root grew about a mm or 2 and then completely stopped. this is the same case for both seeds that cracked. i pot them into some moist soil and ill put a dome over them tonight, i put a new seed into a shot glass. im hoping that these arent bad seeds

its all good brother, if they popped they're ready for soil!

Haha, gotta tell you - I've showed yours and avrums speaker grows to a friend of mine.
He's now is preparing to start a grow in a guitar amplifier since he's a musician and got a few of them in his house.
That's pretty cool

put some thought into it, after i get a female im going to clone her until i get a good 6 - 8 clones going, ill let them veg in my new box soon to be made until this grows finished and then im going to start a SOG in here. should be pretty nice once i get things rollin.

so while we wait for the little seedlings to come up, how about we discuss my plans for my next grow.

i have a question to start... do you guys think a SOG or Scrog would give me more bud in my box? im leaning towards Scrog just because there really isnt all that much room, there would be 2-3 plants which would save me nutes and time when it comes to feeding and watering, itd probably be easier to maintain rather than 9 clones. im not sure which would give me the most yield per harvest. let me know your thoughts so i can start planning out this next grow

as for update not much has gone on probably wont sprout for a day or two

How would you fit 9 plants in there? How big are the internal dimensions of that box once you figure in the lights, power strip, etc?
I'd go with 2 larger plants.
