Bulb fixture? Need and IDEA ASAP!

I need some kind of fixture to power my 30 watt CLF bulbs
I saw somewhere that people took a power strip and somehow got a bulb with a socket and plugged it into the power strip to make a power strip long fixture filled with CFL bulbs and tapped to the side of the walls
where can I get socket stuff like that?
also I want to hang some from the top, where can I get a heavy duty plugin cord that has a socket on the end to hang the bulbs?
i also need the links to sites that have this stuff

anyone know where I can get a nice heavy duty CFL SOCKET adapter? with A/C cord and socket built in? maybe with a round aluminum reflector on it?
I 'm trying to search online sotres but nothing cheap so far
NO I CANNOT GO TO LOWES, WALMART, OR HOME DEPOT!

Who is "she"? And what is suspicious if you go to Wal Mart for porcelain sockets, extension cords, and y-sockets? Then buy your CFL's from Home Depot or Lowes? Mix in the supplies with normal stuff if you want to look less suspicious to a wife or something (food, dog food, etc.)

If you're already paranoid, growing pot is probably not for you.. Believe me when the smell from the plants starts comin to your dome you're going to have a panic attack.

all i need is the sockets

ALL I DID WAS ASK A QUESTION, IF YOU DONT HAVE THE ANSWER OR ANYTHING NICE TO SAY GET LOST!

I already have filters and blowers, dont worry about me

I'm just asking but so you want to get a box in the mail of light cords and fixtures when you could go out and buy them cheaper and hide them easier? If it's your wife I say just tell her if not then i dont know what to tell you but honesty is the best rout Aloha

Any regular cord from say a lamp may work or get one of those shop lights with the domes if you want, or you can buy set ups for a few bulbs but CFL work in any light i have a 200 in my kitchen light and in my grow room.

I think so, but I think that attaching porcelain or plastic light bulb sockets to a piece of wood would work better, with extension cords powering them. To wire it, you just take the plastic off of the extension cord with wire-cutters, and get the copper out. Then screw it where it needs to go on the socket, then use y-sockets on the porcelain sockets... Extension cords hanging might be a little bit harder to control with height and such.

i have used the "plug-in" style fixtures and the "y-splitters" on a power strip for my entire grow. they work well. i like to put one Y with two other Y's so then i have 4 outlets. :bigjoint:

at wal mart in the lighting section you can get a CLAMP LIGHT its a light socket with a round aluminum reflector already attached and will work with any cfl
