Building grow room in my garage

I have all the drawings and how everything is going to be set up. I'm thinking about doing OSB on the outside, roll in insulation in between the studs then I want to put the aluminum backed insulation board on the inside and seal everything with ducting tape not duct tape but aluminum ducting tape.

But my question what kind and where do you get the foil backed insulation board?
