i have two potted outdoor plants both have entered the veggy stage, 1ft tall.
the leaves are turning yellow, black, they have what looks like little black tar/rez spots on some of the leaves.

looking at the one plant i noticed a very small white spider bug crawling which i killed. ive removed all the black looking rez spots on the leaves, the next day the spots are back on other leaves.

can it be spidermites? mold? i was going to buy 'Scotts EcoSense insecticidal soap or use a tablespoon of 'sunlight dish soap mix with water in a 1L spray bottle to spray underneath the leaves and top, this is the second day today spraying the plants with the 'sunlight soap mix

What nutrients are you using? It could be nutrient deficiency or burn. But since your leaves are really bright, it looks a little bit like nitrogen deficiency. How often are you watering it?
