they are small amber/white color you can see them with naked eye but you need loupe to see legs and other parts, they live in soil. i dont see any of them eating my leaves or walking on my plant,i even saw few leaving my pot,i think they have 6 or 8 legs and no spikes or anything behind,no wings too, they have tentacles, and theyre medium fast for their size...they look something like Hypoaspis miles and Montdorensis (i read this 2 are good for soil),my plant dont show any damage since i transplant her in that soil with this bugs, anybody know exactly name of this bugs?

It sounds like what I have, I'm almost positive they're Hypoaspis Miles and that they're not bad for the plants, they eat fungus gnat larvae and thrips and other bad pests. Mine are kind of out of control though, there doesn't seem to be any of their regular food so I'm not sure why or how they are thriving so resiliently. I've hit them with azamax, neem, diatomaceous earth. They don't give a fuck, they said they're staying.
