Bugs in Neem Cake

I purchased a package of Ahimsa Organic Neem Cake from my local hydro shop, I have already mixed some into my soil, but after mixing it I looked at the package on the table and noticed it was crawling with bugs. Can anyone Identify these? I have a guess, but wanted your opinion.

Yikes i was thinking about switching to that brand too... thats supposed to be the good stuff.

That is precisely why I bought it. I had never used the neem cake before, but since I was mixing a new batch of soil, I thought i'd give it a try. I usually just soaked with neem oil on occasion.

Maybe springtails? There are different sizes and colors of them, this is random pic off the internet.
