Bugs... Half leave is gone..Nats?

Hi alll... Im currently noticing pieces of my plant fan leaves going missing like chunks of it towards the tip.
Only bug i notice are little fruit fly looking craps...Im gonna get some sticky strips tomomrow and put them on my wall..

I wanted to know if there is any spray that i can spray at the plants and wont cause any harm...
What should i do and are the nats doing this damage or do i have any other bugs that i dont know off?

Thank just started flowering and found 2 females out of 7 and rest show no sex so im excited and want these bugs out!

neem oil mixed with sum of your water shuld do the trick
